Το Μουσείο Μακεδονικού Αγώνα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης, στην οδό Προξένου Κορομηλά, δίπλα στη Μητρόπολη. Στεγάζεται σε ένα νεοκλασικό κτήριο, σχεδιασμένο από τον Ερνέστο Τσίλλερ μετά από δωρεά του Ανδρέα Συγγρού.
