Ashwell House

St Mary the Virgin is the parish church of Saffron Walden, Essex. It is the largest non-cathedral church in Essex with an overall length of 183 feet (56 m) and a spire 193 feet (59 m) high, which is the tallest in Essex. Linton railway station was a railway station in Linton, Cambridgeshire on the Stour Valley Railway. It closed in 1967. The station house is H-shaped and made of tan colour brick. It is still standing, as well as the platform and sunken trackbed space at the back of the building.

Sewards End is a village and civil parish in the Uttlesford district of Essex, England. It lies 2 miles (3 km) east of the centre of Saffron Walden, its post town. At the 2021 census the parish had a population of 531. Sewards End was historically part of the parish of Saffron Walden. It became a separate parish in 2004. The parish has 23 listed buildings.
