Amyzon, antik Karya'da yer alan bir şehirdir. Günümüzde Aydın ilinin Koçarlı ilçesinin 30 km güneyinde, Akmescit ve Gaffarlar köyleri arasında bulunur. Selevkos İmparatorluğu yönetimi altında şehir Karya bölgesindeki resmi olmayan şehir devlet federasyonu içerisindeydi. Şehir Strabon tarafından bahsedilmiştir. Şehir, Yunan tarihçi Louis Robert tarafından ortaya çıkarılmıştır.
