Beaver Lake State Park Campground

Beaver Lake State Park is a public recreation area located in Logan County, North Dakota, about equidistant from Napoleon and Wishek. The state park occupies 273 acres (110 ha) of land on the western shore of 968-acre (392 ha) Beaver Lake and offers hiking, boating, swimming, fishing, cabins, and campground.

Waterfowl production areas (WPAs) are a small component of the National Wildlife Refuge System. There are over 2 million acres (8,100 km2) of this prime duck-producing land, mostly prairie potholes in the Dakotas, Minnesota, and Montana. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service owns, leases, or holds easements on the lands.
