Bivakzone Kleit is a free, reservation-based tent camping zone located in the village of Kleit in Maldegem, East Flanders. It sits within or adjacent to Drongengoed, the largest contiguous forest area in East Flanders, and borders an accessible young forest managed by Natuurpunt. The site accommodates up to 15 people in up to 3 tents and uniquely allows 2 consecutive nights (unlike most other bivakzones). Facilities include a water pump (non-potable), composting eco-toilets, shelter hut, fire pit, and picnic tables.
