A 30% deposit is required within 7 days of confirmation, and the remaining balance is due upon arrival after viewing the structure.

Cancellations made 30 or more days before arrival receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 8-29 days before arrival forfeit the deposit. Cancellations 7 days before arrival to arrival date are charged 50% of the total cost. No-shows are charged 50% of the total cost. Cancellation insurance is available through CARE4UHOTEL.
