Bornhöved est une commune allemande du Schleswig-Holstein, située dans l'arrondissement de Segeberg (Kreis Segeberg), entre les villes de Neumünster et Plön. Bornhöved est l'une des huit communes de l'Amt Bornhöved dont le siège est à Trappenkamp.
Der Schmalensee ist ein See im Kreis Segeberg im deutschen Bundesland Schleswig-Holstein westlich der Ortschaft Schmalensee. Er gehört zur Bornhöveder Seenkette, ist ca. 90 ha groß und bis zu 7,5 m tief.
Der Fuhlensee und Umgebung ist ein Naturschutzgebiet in der schleswig-holsteinischen Gemeinde Ruhwinkel im Kreis Plön. Das rund 43 Hektar große Naturschutzgebiet ist mit der Nummer 117 in das Verzeichnis der Naturschutzgebiete des Ministeriums für Landwirtschaft, Umwelt und ländliche Räume eingetragen. Es wurde Ende 1983 ausgewiesen. Zuständige untere Naturschutzbehörde ist der Kreis Plön.
