Yes, pets are welcome but must be contained securely or leashed (lead not more than 2 metres long). Pets are not permitted in communal areas except assistance dogs. Owners must supervise pets and clean up waste.
Can I have open fires or campfires?
Open fires, log burners, fire baskets, and Chinese lanterns are strictly prohibited. However, barbecues and small fire pits are permitted if raised above ground level and extinguished after use.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Amplified music and speakers are prohibited after 9:00 PM. Noise must be kept to a minimum during quiet hours; violations result in early removal without refund.
What is the cancellation policy?
For pitches cancelled more than 28 days in advance: £30 or 100% of cost if less than £30 (deposit only for longer bookings). For cancellations 28 days or less before arrival: 100% of holiday cost is forfeited. Camping pods: 100% of holiday cost forfeited at any time after booking. Full payment must be made 28 days before arrival.
