What payment methods are accepted?

EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, and cash are accepted. American Express is not accepted. A deposit equivalent to one night's accommodation is required at booking, with the remaining balance due on arrival.

What is the pet policy?

Pets are allowed but must be leashed outdoors and owners must clean up after them. Pets are not permitted on furniture in units; a $50 cleaning fee applies if violated. Guests must follow dog exercise area rules.

What is the cancellation policy?

A standard $20 administration and cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. For cancellations within 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable plus the $20 fee. For cancellations more than 7 days in advance, a refund is issued minus the $20 fee. No refunds are issued for no-shows or early departures. Public holidays and special events have different terms with minimum stays and non-refundable deposits.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all units. A $100 cleaning fee applies if evidence of smoking is found.
