French Beach Provincial Park Group Site is located on the scenic Strait of Juan de Fuca on the west coast of southern Vancouver Island, 20km west of Sooke via Highway 14. The group site features a shelter with hot and cold running water (available mid-March through October), communal fire pit, picnic tables, and grassy tenting area, accommodating up to 50 campers or picnickers. The site sits beside the main campground approximately 10 minutes' hike from a 1,600-metre sand and pebble beach. Vehicle parking is available in the gravel area for cars, RVs, campers and trailers.
