Die Wassermühle Stuckenborstel steht in Sottrum, Ortsteil Stuckenborstel, im Landkreis Rotenburg (Wümme) in Niedersachsen, am Ufer des Flusses Wieste. Die erste Mühle an dieser Stelle wurde 1631 erbaut.
