Flush toilets, drinking water, a picnic area and an accessible beach viewing platform are available at this 34-site campground. The day-use area provides a paved parking area for pedestrian beach access. The self-pay station for this area is located on Horsfall Beach Road. There are no RV dump stations or RV hookups.The main activity is OHV riding on the dunes. Horsfall Beach Day Use OHV Staging Area is located here, and provides access to off-highway adventures in the Bull Run (via site)
