What utilities are included with each campsite?

All campsites include water and electricity. Water services to each campsite are shut off during the winter months. Campsites do not have sewer hookups; waste must be disposed of in designated dumpsters and dump stations throughout the grounds.

What is the annual fee?

The 2026 annual lot fee is $2,780. Property taxes are handled separately through the Cecil County Treasurer based on local tax rates. All previous dues must be paid in full prior to the transfer of ownership or at time of purchase settlement.

Can I modify my campsite?

Yes, all campsite improvements must be approved through the Campground Business Office in writing. Outside contractors may work if licensed, insured, and a certificate of insurance is filed beforehand.

What are the rules for vehicles and equipment?

Golf carts are allowed at the facility and must be operated by licensed drivers with proper insurance and markings. Motorbikes and powered scooters are prohibited.
