Yes. Located in the heart of St. Mary, we experience winds most of the time. Never leave awnings out unattended, as sudden wind changes can cause serious damage.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations 30+ days before arrival receive a full refund minus a $20 fee ($50 for cabins). Less than 30 days notice results in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in incur the full stay cost.

Do you have 50 Amp sites?

We currently only have 30amp RV sites. This typically suffices for most RVs given the mild climate.

Do you have a dump station and what is the fee?

Yes. Full hookup sites include sewer access, and a separate dump station serves campers. Non-guests may use it for $40.

Can we fill our water tank at Johnson's?

If you are staying with us in an electric and water site or full hookup, you can fill your tanks. Tent and dry campers may fill small containers only. Non-guests cannot fill tanks on-site.
