ברפיליה היה כפר ערבי באזור גבעות יהודה, שהשקיף אל שפלת לוד ממערב ואל הרי ירושלים ממזרח. הכפר היה ממוקם באזור מודיעין-מכבים-רעות של ימינו וכ-11 קילומטרים מזרחית לרמלה, על גבעה בגובה 230 מטר מעל פני הים. הכפר היה שייך לנפת רמלה במחוז לוד. כיום נמצאת הגבעה בקצה המערבי של מודיעין, ליד שכונת אבני-חן.
