A 30% deposit ('acompte') must be paid upfront to confirm the reservation. Additional payments can be staggered until arrival.
Are pets allowed at the campsite?
Pets are banned July 11–August 22. Outside this period, dogs under 25kg are permitted except for category 1 & 2 breeds. Pets are prohibited in Mandarins, Tropical, Cottage Premium, and Coco Savane accommodations, but allowed year-round in Woofi accommodations.
What are the gate and reception hours?
Gates open at 6:30 AM and close at 11:30 PM daily. Reception is open 8 AM–8 PM throughout the season. Late arrivals are assisted by security staff who provide the accommodation number and keys.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment methods include cash (maximum €1,000), bank transfer, checks (up to one month prior), ANCV vouchers, and debit/credit cards. VACAF vouchers are not accepted.
What are the laundry facilities and costs?
Two laundry locations are available accepting cash or card. Washing costs €6 for 6.5kg loads with detergent included; dryer costs €4.
