Mändjala is a village in Saaremaa Parish, Saare County, Estonia, on the island of Saaremaa. It is located about 8 km (5 mi) southwest of Kuressaare, on the northern coast of the bay of Suur Katel (part of the Gulf of Riga). As of the 2011 census, the settlement's population was 161. The Nasva is river in Estonia in Saare County. The river is 3 kilometres long. It runs from Mullutu-Suurlaht into Suur Katel in the Baltic Sea. The river is unique because its water flows in two directions. During the floods in spring, the water flows from the sea into the bay, the opposite of the usual direction of flow.
