Kamp Vught was een van de drie Duitse concentratiekampen in Nederland tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog. De andere twee zijn de doorgangskampen Amersfoort en Westerbork. Kamp Vught bevond zich in de Noord-Brabantse plaats Vught nabij de recreatieplas de IJzeren Man. Het heeft ruim anderhalf jaar als concentratiekamp gefunctioneerd.
Het Geniemuseum is een museum gericht op de genie en behoort tot de Stichting de Historische Genieverzameling (SHGV) gevestigd op de Van Brederodekazerne in Vught. De genie is een militaire organisatie gespecialiseerd in gevechtsondersteuning, constructies en gevaarlijke stoffen binnen de Koninklijke Landmacht. Het museum geeft met zijn gezamenlijke deelcollecties een beeld van de beleving en kern
