מסע "מים אל ים" הוא נתיב הליכה רגלי בן כ-70 ק"מ החוצה את הגליל העליון, מהים התיכון לכנרת. המסלול מתחיל רשמית מחוף הים התיכון ליד הגן הלאומי אכזיב, אם כי מטיילים רבים בוחרים להתחיל בעין חרדלית. המסלול נמשך מזרחה לאורך כ-3-4 ימים, עובר בשמורת נחל כזיב, מעפיל לשמורת הר מירון ויורד דרך שמורת נחל עמוד עד לחופי הכנרת ליד קיבוץ גינוסר. המסלול מתחבר לשביל ישראל בחורבת חממה, סמוך להר מירון. בסה"כ הוא כולל
מדינת אכזיב היא מדינה לכאורה שהוקמה על ידי אלי אביבי. בפועל הייתה מדינת אכזיב כפר נופש בוהמי שמשך אליו צעירים רבים, בעיקר בשנות ה-70 המאוחרות של המאה ה-20, וממשיך לפעול גם בשנות ה-20 של המאה ה-21. נשיא "מדינת אכזיב", אלי אביבי, נפטר ב-16 במאי 2018.
