大室山（おおむろやま、地形図では「おおむろざん」）は、丹沢山地北部の山梨県と神奈川県の境にある標高1,587 mの山。かつては「大群山（おおむれやま）」と呼ばれていた。堂々とした山容から「富士隠し」の異名を持ち、「大室権現」を祀る信仰の山である。山梨百名山に数えられており、神奈川県側は丹沢大山国定公園に指定されている。

早戸大滝（はやとおおたき）は、丹沢大山国定公園内、神奈川県相模原市緑区、早戸川源流部の大滝沢にある落差約50メートルの滝である。日本の滝百選に選ばれていることから名前はよく知られているが、一方で幻の大滝と呼ばれるように、滝までの行程が大変な為この滝を訪れる人は稀である。
