Über den Hinteren Fastenberg führt die Staatsstraße von Johanngeorgenstadt nach Eibenstock.
Der Blauenthaler Wasserfall bei Blauenthal im Erzgebirge ist mit etwa 30 Metern Fallhöhe Sachsens größter Wasserfall. Er ist nicht natürlichen Ursprungs, sondern wird von einem Graben gespeist.
