De Hoge Berg is het hoogste punt van een keileembult op het eiland Texel. De heuvel is 15 meter hoog en ligt tussen de dorpen Den Burg en Oudeschild. Hij is ontstaan tijdens een van de ijstijden, het Saale-glaciaal, de periode waarin ook het eiland Wieringen en Gaasterland zijn ontstaan. Le parc national Duinen van Texel (néerlandais : Nationaal Park Duinen van Texel) comprend les dunes (duinen = dunes) de la côte ouest de Texel. Het Loodsmansduin is een hoge duintop op het eiland Texel bij Den Hoorn. De duintop is vernoemd naar loodsmannen uit het dorp die vanaf de 17e tot halverwege de 19e eeuw op het duin uitkeken naar schepen om ze te begeleiden over het Marsdiep.
