Barnwell Mountain Recreation Area is a 1,850-acre off-road vehicle park located atop the Barnwell Mountains in East Texas, established in 2000 and operated by the Texas Motorized Trails Coalition. The facility features 27+ miles of single-track dirt bike trails and a 16-mile Adventure Trail for less experienced riders, alongside various accommodation options including 6 cabins, 5 bunkhouses, multiple RV sites with electrical hookups, and primitive campsites. Facilities include dump stations, water stations, air stations, shower facilities, and pavilions. Entry is restricted to Thursday through Sunday with limited weekday hours. (via official site)
