Pit River Campground
The Pit River Recreation area is adjacent to the Pit River and has a small campground with eight campsites including tables, metal fire rings, and barbeque pits. Amenities include: two single wheelchair accessible restrooms, a kayak launch ramp, and an accessible fishing pier. Camping: $8.00/night Campground is Open, first come first served basis. IMPORTANT!!! If travelling west through Fall River Mills on Hwy 299 Cal-Trans is reporting expected delays up to 89 mins. outside of town prior to reaching campground turn off. (via site)
