Safety Harbor Campground
Safety Harbor Campground is a boat-in campground located in the Chelan Ranger District of the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest at 4,320 feet elevation on Lake Chelan's north shore. The campground has four tent sites with fire rings and tables. Access is exclusively by boat from Twenty-Five Mile Creek State Park, approximately 5.5 miles up the lake. Boat-in only. Launch from Twenty-Five Mile Creek State Park (17 miles south of Chelan on Highway 97A via Southshore Road), then approximately 5.5 miles up lake on north shore. The campground has a floating dock with six-boat capacity.

$10 per day or $75 for a seasonal permit (May 1 - October 31). Permits are required for all boats using federal docks on Lake Chelan. Non-motorized watercraft (kayaks, canoes, paddleboards) are exempt.
