Der Bootham Hort ist ein Münzschatz, der 1953 bei Arbeiten im Schulhof der Bootham-Schule in York in England in einem korrodierten Bronzegefäß gefunden wurde. Die in ein Stoffstück eingewickelten Münzen wurden in 2,1 m Tiefe gefunden. Das Yorkshire-Museum kaufte den Schatz, der 908 Münzen enthielt, mit Ausnahme von acht vom British Museum erworbenen Münzen. 839 waren englische Silber Pennies aus
