伊吹山（いぶきやま、いぶきさん）は、滋賀県と岐阜県の県境を南北に走る伊吹山地の主峰（最高峰）である、標高1,377 mの山。伊吹山自体は滋賀県側は米原市、岐阜県側は揖斐郡揖斐川町と不破郡関ケ原町に属し、一等三角点が置かれている山頂部は米原市域にある。滋賀県の最高峰であり、山域は琵琶湖国定公園に指定されている。
