Nigehörn ist eine künstliche Insel in der Helgoländer Bucht. Sie wurde 1989 im Auftrag der Umweltbehörde Hamburg aufgespült und ist seitdem Hamburgs westlichster Punkt im Stadtteil Neuwerk.
