Cepo Verde is a privately-run nature tourism campsite nestled in the densely forested mountain highlands of northeastern Portugal, surrounded by chestnut, oak, and cherry trees. Operating since 1993 on an ancient Roman site, it features 40 individual pitches accommodating up to 140 guests total, welcoming tents, caravans, and mobile homes with abundant shade and privacy. The quiet, family-oriented facility offers free Wi-Fi in the bar and reception, laundry services, a swimming pool (seasonal), restaurant, and hot showers, while maintaining a strong commitment to environmental conservation with GreenKey certification.
