屏風山，位於臺灣花蓮縣秀林鄉富世村西部，太魯閣國家公園西南側，屬於中央山脈，主要包含主峰、中峰（海拔3240.6公尺）、南峰（海拔3180.5公尺）三座山峰，其中最高的主峰海拔3247.5公尺，為台灣百岳之一，排名第65，峰頂立有三等三角點6378號。山嶺相對頂平，山脊迤邐如垣，宛若屏風一般，因而得名，也由此名列九嶂之一。山區植被以針葉林與針闊葉混合林為主，山脊向南接連奇萊北峰，北方隔立霧溪與畢祿山相望。
合歡山國家森林遊樂區，是一座位在臺灣南投縣仁愛鄉與花蓮縣秀林鄉交界地帶的國家森林遊樂區，成立於1963年。
瑞岩溪野生動物重要棲息環境位於臺灣南投縣，為1991年10月設立的自然保護區，並於2000年10月19日依據《野生動物保育法》公告為野生動物重要棲息環境。位於瑞岩溪流域之南半部，東以合歡山主峰至昆陽之稜線為界，與太魯閣國家公園相鄰，南邊鄰近台14甲線。
