Reservations are made via email with your arrival/departure dates, guest count, pets, and boat details if applicable. After email confirmation, you must pay a 50% deposit of the total stay cost within 7 working days and sign the booking conditions to finalize.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be communicated via email at least 60 days before arrival to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival forfeit the entire deposit.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

For bungalows and accommodations: check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. For pitches: check-in from 8:00 AM until reception closes, check-out by 12:00 PM. Late checkout in accommodations incurs additional night charges; late departure from pitches is charged as an extra night.

Yes, pets are allowed. In accommodations: maximum one small pet (up to 10 kg) with extra cleaning fees charged. In pitches: no number restrictions. Pets must be leashed throughout the campground, cannot access internal beaches except the designated pet beach, and a health passport is required at check-in. Pets cannot be left unattended in units or pitches.
